The 2011 State of the Nation Address Technical Report
On July 25, 4:00 pm, President Benigno Aquino III delivered his second SONA. If you are, like me, a little bit disappointed on the content, style, tone, and structure (or lack of it) of his speech, then please refer to the Technical Report, written by the Presidential Management Staff, where details of his accomplishments are provided.
The Technical Report is divided into the following sections: Good Governance & Anti-Corruption; Economic Development; Human Development & Poverty Reduction;
Security, Justice & Peace; Climate Change Adaptation & Mitigation; and Legislative-Executive Partnership.
